TERMS OF SERVICES
• I only accept PayPal payments ($CAD) and full payments up front.• Commissions will be done via PayPal invoice.• This is a digital good, no items will be shipped. No refunds after artwork is done.• Please provide references and answer questions about design if asked.• There is no order in which I’ll do commissions. I may do other commissions first depending on difficulty and other personal projects.• Please be patient! If I, for any reason, am unable to do the commission, I will message and refund you!• I have the right to not accept a commission.
YOU MAY:
• Use commissions for non-PROFITABLE content with credit (PFP, BANNER, ETC…)• Models and emotes may be used in discord/live-streaming! That’s what they’re for!
YOU MAY NOT:
• Resell, trace or claim it as your own. YOU WILL NOT ERASE MY SIGNATURE.• Use my artwork as an NFT or feed it to AI.
I CAN:
• Post commissions (unless asked otherwise for a certain reason) and may use it for showcasing speedpaints and examples for future commissions as self-promotion. CREDIT FOR A CHARACTER DESIGN WILL BE GIVEN IF POSSIBLE.
